For a long time, I've had the privilege of spending my days listening to Christian singles.
I've laughed with people. I've cried with people. I've watched people hold onto hope when they weren't sure how much they had left. I've also watched far too many faithful people quietly blame themselves for experiences that were often shaped by something much bigger than they realized.
That's why I keep doing this.
Some days I'm writing an essay. Other days I'm buried in research, working through a new story, or preparing a talk. And every once in a while, the work is as simple as finding the words for something people have been carrying for years but never quite knew how to name.
More than anything, I hope this work helps Christian singles feel seen. I also hope it helps pastors, parents, married friends, and the people who care about them better understand what they're actually navigating.
